Watch for Picture the Future 2008, coming soon! See the Picture My Future PowerPoint slides (This PDF file is quite large: 7,341 KB. Please allow sufficient time to download.) Picture the Future is an opportunity for four-year-olds across the state to participate in an art project expressing their personal vision of the future. Drawings will be selected randomly and become part of a traveling exhibit. ECA of FL is Looking for Articles!
The Early Childhood Association of Florida is seeking creative, innovative and informative articles for our journal and newsletters. Manuscripts should focus on trends, practices, and issues in early childhood education, birth through age eight with practical ideas for implementation.

Seniors4Kids is seeking ELDER (Energetic Leaders Demanding Education and Results) Captains to mobilize like minded seniors who are disappointed and frustrated that the voluntary universal pre-k program they voted for is under funded and lacking the characteristics of a quality program. In an effort to get new members, students, and people who work in NAEYC Accredited centers, ECA of FL and NAEYC are subsidizing the first year of membership for early childhood educators. The person is asked to get active in the local affiliate. Each applicant will choose a member who will become their mentor. Click here.
